The reason why I still continue with "Get Paid To" programs is to keep earning some money at cost free, then spend it to purchase Skype credit (Skype is an internet telephone and I can use to call landlines and mobile at cheap cost; you can get software at free directly at Skype.com or through Google Pack together with other useful softwares - Google Earth, Picasa, some anti-spyware/antivirus, etc. - )
Honestly speaking, it is not so easy to earn "quickly" and "much" without spending any cents. However, when you got some through clicks, reading or surfing, you may accelerate your earning speed now spending such some earnings. At certain point, affiliate programs (such as Google AdSense, LinkShare, Amazon, or others) are easier than GPT to earn money when you own websites with high traffic from search engines or by fan readers.
In my case, I don't promote referral link pages so much (except some PTP page) recently, but a short content page (like this page). Through SEO experience, I believe it is better such short content page be a part of at least a build up website's pages, that's why I uploaded these list and short menu pages.
There are some rotator service site, but free and some html editable promoting pages are very few. For example, ProfitRally gives you several option to promote one page but at once several other programs. If you don't want to use your webpages for promotion (which you are paying for webhosting) directly for the promotion, ProfitRally is one of best choice.
